Add kale to the bowl. Massage leaves with the dressing for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Toast nuts in a skillet until golden and fragrant.
Toss massaged kale with warm nuts.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve with extra avocado slices if desired.
