Add the water, chicken bouillon, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano to a pan.
Salt the chicken on both sides and drizzle with neutral oil.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a stand mixer and shred it.
Add the shredded chicken back to the brazing liquid.
Season with a little more salt, a smidge of sugar, and a pinch of MSG.
