  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix completely

  3. Add batter to baking pan, spread evenly.

  4. Top with chocolate chips (optional)

  5. Bake at 370 for 18-20.

  6. Let cool before eating!
