Vegan Marshmallows
  1. Heat 160g water + 20g agar until dissolved and boil for 5 minutes

  2. Stir in sugar and boil for another 2 minutes

  3. Whip 120g aquafaba + vanilla until soft peaks form (7-10 minutes)

  4. Gradually mix in agar-syrup while whipping; whip until glossy and stiff for another 7 minutes

  5. Pour into a lined dish dusted with strawberry powder, cornstarch and powdered sugar mix; set 2-3 hours at room temperature

  6. Dust with remaining powdered mix, cut, and enjoy. Store up to 7 days at room temperature
