Air Fryer Sticky Hasselback Pork Belly
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

  2. Pat pork dry with paper towel. Score rind at 5mm intervals. Rub salt into pork.

  3. Spray basket of air fryer with oil. Place the pork in basket and spray with oil. Cook for 25 minutes or until the rind crackles.

  4. Reduce temperature to 160°C and cook for 30 minutes or until pork is tender and cooked through.

  5. Meanwhile, to make maple sauce, stir all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-heat and bring to a simmer.

  6. Simmer, uncovered, on low heat for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Cool.

  7. Serve pork with maple sauce.
