Mix and spread thin on 4” flour tortillas.
Whisk 2 eggs for batter.
Dip meat side into egg.
Coat with 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon parmigiana cheese.
Grease your griddle pan or skillet.
Cook meat side down for 3-4 min until golden brown.
Cook the other side for about 60-90 seconds.
For Caprese Salsa, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic, salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
