  1. In a medium bowl, add the wakame and enough water so the wakame is completely submerged. Let it sit, relax, and rehydrate for 6 minutes.

  2. In a small bowl, add the Bragg’s, rice vinegar, maple syrup, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk it all together and set aside.

  3. Drain any excess water from the wakame, add the dressing and carrots, stir it up, and top it with sesame or hemp seeds!
