In a large pot, cook sausages over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth, tomatoes, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add white beans and sliced sausages, then simmer for another 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
