Cottage Cheese Alfredo
  1. Add the milk and cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the butter to a pan over low heat on the stove. Then, crush the garlic clove into the pan. Saute the garlic with the butter on low.

  3. Add the blended cottage cheese mixture to the pan. Then, add the salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Stir and combine the ingredients. Also, make sure the heat is not too high, you don’t want to burn the sauce.

  4. Continue to stir until you have a low simmer. At this point, add the cornstarch and continue to mix until the sauce thickens up.

  5. Boil your favorite pasta, drain the pasta, add it to the pan with the sauce, and enjoy!
