Easy Salmon Patties With Cornmeal
  1. Heat a pan with oil or butter over medium heat.

  2. Add all the ingredients, except the oil to a bowl.

  3. Mix well with a fork, lightly mashing the salmon as you mix to create a batter.

  4. Shape the salmon mixture into 6 evenly formed patties, about ½" thick and 2"-3" in diameter.

  5. Transfer these to the hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  6. They should be slightly darker than golden brown.

  7. Remove from the pan and let rest on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
