Finely chop the onion, garlic & sundried tomatoes.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion & garlic over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the sundried tomatoes, followed by the dried oregano & thyme. Let that cook off for a few minutes.
Blitz together the cashews, plant milk & nutritional yeast til super smooth and creamy.
Add the beans WITH the liquid from the can and mix well, then after a minute or two add the cashew cream.
Mix well and bring it to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spinach & basil and mix well until wilted, add a splash of water if it's getting too thick.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.
