Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add oil and boiling water.
Mix with a spoon, then bring together into a soft dough.
Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.
Divide into 4 portions.
Roll each piece out thinly.
Cook in a hot dry pan for 30–60 seconds each side until lightly golden.
Stack and cover with a tea towel to keep soft and warm.
Brush off any excess flour + wipe your pan between wraps for that perfect finish.
