Soft Flour Tortillas
  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add oil and boiling water.

  3. Mix with a spoon, then bring together into a soft dough.

  4. Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.

  5. Divide into 4 portions.

  6. Roll each piece out thinly.

  7. Cook in a hot dry pan for 30–60 seconds each side until lightly golden.

  8. Stack and cover with a tea towel to keep soft and warm.

  9. Brush off any excess flour + wipe your pan between wraps for that perfect finish.
