Cook rice.
Fry celery and onion until soft.
Cook head of cabbage in large pot. Separate cabbage leaves.
Mix in bowl: beef, pork, rice, celery and onion, egg and seasoning.
Fill each cabbage leaf with beef mixture, according to size, and roll it up gently.
Place in large shallow baking dish. Pour tomato sauce.
Bake at 400° for about 2 hours.
