Jacket Potato: Pierce the potato, wrap it in kitchen paper, and microwave for 6 mins. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and air fry at 180°C for 45 mins covered, then 10 mins uncovered.
BBQ Chicken: Sear chicken in a pan with Fry Light, add seasonings and BBQ sauce, and cook until thick.
Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, mix in cheese, salt, and pepper, and cook until thickened.
Bacon: Air fry for 10 mins until crispy.
Assembly: Cut open the potato, mash slightly with butter, salt, and pepper. Layer BBQ chicken cheese sauce, extra cheese and bake for 5 mins.
Top with crispy bacon and chives. Enjoy!
