Cook the carne asada till it's almost done
Add the jalapeños, red bell pepper, and red onion
When the meat starts to get a char, push it off into the cool zone
Season the cooked rice with hot sauce, smoked paprika, and taco seasoning
Add the seasoned rice to the griddle and fry it up till it starts to brown
Turn the heat down to low and hollow out a hole in the rice
Add the bacon fat to the center and add the 6 eggs
Gently scramble the eggs and when they are cooked but still wet, mix the rice and eggs together
Bring the carne asada and veggies back in and toss everything together
Put the mixture in the cool zone and warm the flour tortillas 3 at a time
Build the fried rice burritos with the cheese on the bottom, then the fried rice, and top with pico, more cheese, avocado, and Mexican crème
Roll up the burritos and toast them on the griddle
