Turmeric Risotto
  1. In a pan, heat the ghee and saute the onions

  2. Add arborio rice, stirring for 1-2 minutes

  3. Add the turmeric powder

  4. Add broth gradually: Add ½ cup warm broth at a time, stirring until absorbed before adding more. Repeat until rice is creamy and tender (~18 minutes).

  5. Stir in Parmesan, season with salt & pepper
