No Waste Orange And Almond Gluten Free Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan.

  2. Clean the orange well with a little bread soda and water and dry it. Then chop and blitz well.

  3. Add all the other ingredients and blitz until fully combined.

  4. Pour into your parchment lined tin and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Leave to cool fully before topping with the icing.

  6. Serve with whipped cream with the leftover topping added to it for flavour.
