Honey Mustard Hen Halves (deviled Eggs)
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add a little bit of salt

  2. Gently add 12 eggs to the boiling water and set timer for 11 minutes

  3. Remove eggs from boiling water and place directly into an ice bath at 39 degrees

  4. Add additional ice and let eggs rest for 10 minutes

  5. Peel all of the eggs

  6. Slice eggs lengthwise down the middle

  7. Remove yolks and place in a bowl

  8. Add ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish, 2 tablespoons jalapeno honey mustard, and ¼ cup mayo to the yolks

  9. Add a splash of hot sauce

  10. Mix until smooth texture is achieved

  11. Fill all egg halves with the yolk mixture
