Bring a pot of water to boil and add a little bit of salt
Gently add 12 eggs to the boiling water and set timer for 11 minutes
Remove eggs from boiling water and place directly into an ice bath at 39 degrees
Add additional ice and let eggs rest for 10 minutes
Peel all of the eggs
Slice eggs lengthwise down the middle
Remove yolks and place in a bowl
Add ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish, 2 tablespoons jalapeno honey mustard, and ¼ cup mayo to the yolks
Add a splash of hot sauce
Mix until smooth texture is achieved
Fill all egg halves with the yolk mixture
