Dice the onions (large chop) and cook down in 1 TBD of olive oil until soft - about 5-10 mins on med heat.
Add the garlic (small chop) and a splash of white wine and cook down for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cook everything together on a medium/low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove half the mixture and blend until smooth, then add it back together, and then ad your beans.
Ad a healthy amount of Parmesan cheese.
Mix in the chopped kale and ad sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
Toast your bread with a little Oil and dig in!!!
