  1. Roughly chop the garlic.

  2. Grate the ginger.

  3. Dice and separate the green onions.

  4. In a hot pan, add the neutral oil.

  5. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions and cook until fragrant.

  6. Add the soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds.

  7. Cook for about a minute.

  8. Add the noodles.
