Simple Umami Seasoning Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess liquid & cut into cubes

  2. Make up the marinade in Tupper or bowl

  3. Coat the tofu well

  4. Line a baking tray with oven paper & place the cubes on the paper. Add any excess marinade & bake at 400F for approximately 15 minutes or until the tofu has a crispy shell

  5. Serve on dishes such as salads or tray bakes
