Lamb Tagine (Holly & Thib's)

  1. Preheat oven to 140°C (Gas Mark 1) is equivalent to 284°F

  2. Cut lamb into 3 cm chunks

  3. Fry lamb until golden

  4. Add garlic, onion, and spices to the dish and combine to cook over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes

  5. Add lemon, honey, and stock and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hr

  6. Toast almonds and add before serving
