The Best Chicken Cutlets
  1. Thinly slice your chicken breast when they are still slightly frozen. That will allow you to get a precise cut and very thin cutlets. (You should get about 4 cutlets from 1 chicken breast)

  2. Set up your breading station. Season each step slightly with salt and pepper (the chicken cutlets, the flour, the egg, the breadcrumbs)

  3. Use freshly grated breadcrumbs (usually from the bakery section of the grocery store) not the pre seasoned ones.

  4. Add Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs and parsley (optional).

  5. Fry on medium heat in a deep pan. Ensure that you put enough vegetable oil so that when adding the cutlet it is almost fully covered.

  6. Please Note: if you don't put enough oil, this will result in a burnt looking cutlet.

  7. Also, ensure heat is not too high- I usually start off on medium- high but once my oil is heated I will lower to medium

  8. Fry your cutlets for about 3-4 minutes per side
