Overnight Date Oats
  1. Add oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon to jars or containers.

  2. Chop dates and add to the jars.

  3. Drizzle honey over the mixture.

  4. Pour in milk of choice and mix well.

  5. Top with additional chopped dates and nuts (if using).

  6. Refrigerate overnight.
