Marinate the chicken with yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, chili paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, onion and garlic powder, green chili powder, and coriander powder for at least 1 hour
Add 1 tbsp of ghee to a pan and heat
Pour the marinated chicken with its sauce into the pan and stir well for a couple of minutes
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to finish the dish
Squeeze lime juice over the top and garnish with fresh coriander
Serve with bread and enjoy
