Parippu Wade
  1. Wash the lentils and soak in water for 30 minutes.

  2. Drain and add them to a blender or a food processor. Blend the lentils until it becomes a chunky paste. Make sure there are bits of lentils and the mixture is not too smooth.

  3. Take the lentils out and add the diced onion, green chilies and curry leaves.

  4. Add the spices and salt and combine well.

  5. Mix everything and make little oval shaped balls.

  6. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
