Chickpea Veggie Pancakes
  1. Mix the chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

  2. Add 1 to 1 ¼ cup of liquid (water, milk or broth) and mix until a batter forms.

  3. Fold in 1 to 1 ½ cup of cooked vegetables.

  4. Cook the pancakes on a greased pan or griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
