Seperate your cherries from the juice and set aside.
In a bowl, combine sugars and melted (and cooled) butter.
Add egg and yolk.
Add vanilla, luxardo juice and almond extract.
Mix in your dry ingredients till just combined.
Add your luxardo cherries (chopped and patted dry) and chocolate.
Mix then cover and set in the fridge for 20 min.
The dough will be loose pre fridge!!
Scoop and garnish with additional cherries and chocolate if you want.
Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes.
