Gluten Free Honey Soy Sauce Carrots
  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place in oven while it comes to temperature

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and 1 tbsp of honey. In a medium bowl, toss carrots with honey and olive oil mixture, salt, and pepper. Place carrots in a single layer on hot baking sheet and roast until they start to blister, about 10 mins.

  3. Whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp of honey and tamari in a small bowl. Once blistered, remove your carrots and drizzle with honey tamari mixture and sesame seeds. Toss to coat. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
