Maple Cinnamon French Toast Casserole
  1. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

  2. Chop or break apart the bread into chunks and toss into the baking pan.

  3. Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt together. Pour over the bread.

  4. Tightly wrap the bread and rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  6. In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar, turbinado sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pecans. Sprinkle over the bread.

  7. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
