Pad Thai
  1. In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, peanut butter, pepper flakes, lime juice, water, ginger and garlic until well combined.

  2. Cook the chicken until mostly cooked, drain the juice. Add the sauce mixture and allow to thicken.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, boil water and add the rice noodles and cook accordingly. Drain the water and add noodles to chicken and sauce. Allow noodles to be coated in sauce until thickened.

  4. Serve in a bowl and top with chopped peanuts, fresh cilantro and lime wedgesEnjoy!
