Ingredients
1 Cup (90g)Oats
4 Cups (960ml) Water
Pinch ofSalt
Optional:
1 PittedDate
or 1 Tbsp (15 ml)maple syrup
Method
Add the oats, water, salt, and any optional ingredient to a high-speed blender. Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture is well combined.
Pour the mixture through a sieve or very fine towel over a mixing bowl to remove any oat remnants.
Transfer milk to a sealed container and keep refrigerated. Shake well before using and enjoy cold. It will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.
