Tiramisu
  1. Combine the coffee and rum and allow to cool.

  2. Combine the cheese, sugar, vanilla and crème de cacao and mix well.

  3. Fold the cream into the cheese mix.

  4. Layer coffee-soaked sponge fingers with the cheese mix.

  5. Chill for 6 hours.

  6. Dust with lots of cocoa before serving

Try using 24 fingers in the white rectangular dish next time.
