Combine pork mince, spring onion, shaoshing wine, light soy, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, chilli crisp oil, corn flour, garlic, ginger, white pepper, and salt in a bowl and mix well
In a small baking dish or individual ramekins, dip wonton wrappers in water to create a base layer, followed by a layer of pork filling and repeat until mixture is used or to your liking
Pour 1 tablespoon of water over the wrappers layer each time to keep it moist
Fill a pot or 28 inch pan with water and heat on medium
Place the dumpling lasagne in the pan and close the lid
Steam for about 20 minutes
Garnish with soy sauce (optional), chilli oil, toasted sesame seeds, and green onions
