Chicken Burrito Bowls
  1. Add the chicken breast, taco seasoning, diced onion, salsa, and chicken broth to the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.

  2. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then add it back to the crockpot.

  3. Add the black beans and instant rice, stir well, and switch the crockpot to high for 40 minutes.

  4. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and melt for 5 minutes.

  5. Top with your favorite toppings, such as diced green onions.
