Parboil the cauliflower florets for 8-10 minutes.
For the batter combine plain flour, cornflour, chilli powder, garlic powder and salt, gradually adding water until it's a thick batter.
Coat the parboiled cauliflower and coat in panko breadcrumbs placing in the AirFryer to cook at 180°C for 18-22 minutes
For the sauce combine soy sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, sriracha and sugar.
Sauté the garlic peppers and onions until they're sweated off adding the sauce mixture back in along with the crispy cauliflower.
Drizzle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
