  1. Cube a season pita bread with salt

    In a 350F oven until crunchy

  2. Boiled chickpeas in salted water until soft

  3. 1 cup yogurt

    2 tbsp tahini

    Sprinkle of salt and grated garlic to taste

    2 tbsp water

  4. Toast pine nuts or almonds

with olive oil, butter or ghee until very hot and pour on top of yogurt
