Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, PB2, chia seeds, flaxseed, and hemp hearts.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm (don’t boil) the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave using 10-second intervals, stirring between each, then spread evenly over the bars.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour (or freeze for 15 minutes).
Slice into 12 bars and enjoy!
