Add all your chopped veggies to a large bowl.
Add in your strained beans. Season with a pinch of salt & pepper.
In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients for your dressing. Shake until well combined. Adjust any seasonings to your liking.
Pour over veggies, make sure everything is nice and covered!
Cover and set in the fridge for 30 mins to marinate.
Serve as a dip or as a side for your meals & enjoy babe! Save the rest in an airtight container in the fridge & enjoy for up to 4-5 days.
