Blueberry Syrup

2 cups blueberries sorta mashed

2 cups lightly packed brown sugar

¼ tablespoon almond extract

½ tablespoon vanilla extract.

Cover completely with water and boil, stirring frequently.

Once reduced by half run through mesh sieve, pressing all the bits with back of spoon then putting aside. Continue to boil until hot syrup is sticky on spoon then let cool and bottle.
