Umami Roasted Broccoli
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Set aside for now.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lemons and toss or stir.

  3. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and place the lemon wedges around as you see fit.

  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until tender

  5. Remove from oven. Squeeze lemon wedges over broccoli if desired.
