Easy Chicken Korma Recipe
  1. Cut each chicken breast into small chunks (roughly 2.5cm) and season with black pepper.

  2. Fry the chicken in oil until golden, then set aside.

  3. Cook onions in oil and butter until soft, then add ginger, garlic, and spices.

  4. Add mango chutney and stock, simmer until reduced.

  5. Return chicken to pan, add cream, and simmer until cooked through.

  6. Garnish with almonds and coriander, serve with rice.
