Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
  1. Prepare the chicken tenders by cutting chicken breasts or thighs into even-sized pieces.

  2. Set up a three-part breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and the breading ingredient (panko, nut mixture, potato chips, corn flakes, or pasta chips).

  3. Coat the chicken tenders in the flour, then the egg, and finally the breading of your choice.

  4. Spray the coated chicken tenders with oil and air fry at 380°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Season the cooked chicken tenders with salt.

  6. Serve the chicken tenders with the creamy honey mustard sauce.
