Cucumber Salad With Chilli Crunch
  1. Top, tail, and smash cucumbers with the side of a knife, then roughly chop into chunks

  2. Add to a bowl with chilli crunch, light soy, black vinegar, salt, and sesame oil

  3. Add chopped coriander and toss to coat

  4. Garnish with extra coriander to serve
