Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.
Place all of the ingredients apart from the extra BBQ sauce in a large bowl. Mix together with your hands or a wooden spoon. Shape into 6 round rissoles.
In a large frying pan, fry the rissoles for 2 minutes each side.
Place on a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush over the extra BBQ sauce then return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through.
