Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the naan gets crispy while baking.

  2. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.

  3. Spread half of the tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan. Then, layer with shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the toppings. Then, season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are heated through.

  6. Remove the naan pizzas from the oven and drizzle with the remaining tzatziki sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve immediately.
