Add a handful of dill, basil, parsley, and spinach into a blender or cup for immersion blending
Add garlic, shallot, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the blender
Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning with more Greek yogurt or lemon juice to taste
Add chickpeas to a bowl with the green goddess dressing
Mash until approximately ¾ of the chickpeas are mashed
Add the chickpea mixture to toast with cheese
Top with more olive oil and fresh dill before serving
