Dice the potatoes, carrot, celery, and onion
In your slow cooker, add the beef, potatoes, carrot, celery, onion, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano
Add in the lazy garlic, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine and mix
Add the beef stock mixed with the water
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 hours until everything is soft
Around an hour before serving, add the gravy to thicken and mix
Serve with crusty buttered bread
