  1. Directions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, lemon juice, and garlic.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper (I like Β½ teaspoon salt and ΒΌ teaspoon pepper). Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving.

  4. Note: The addition of a hard-boiled egg or 2 would give additional protein and flavour.
