Scallion Oil Noodles (15 Mins)
  1. Wash and chop up the green onions, any shape works but julienning it will make it look nicer.

  2. Heat up oil in a pan and fry onions for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until brown.

  3. Strain the oil form the fried green onions.

  4. Boil noodles according to package.

  5. In a pan, add in the oil, cooked noodles, fried green onions, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and honey.

  6. Mix it all up and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

  7. Now its time to enjoy!
